ABOUT
D.A.M.A. was established in the year 2008 by two former agency employees who joined forces with the aim to start a dedicated agency with the primary goal to improve the service and performance of a shipping line.
D.A.M.A. was appointed Seafreight Agencies representatives effective May 29th, 2008 and the first SF vessel attended was the Mv ‘Stadt Berlin’ V114 arriving in the beginning of June 2008. Since then the business has grown and our team continued growing along the same line of excellence and dedication.
D.A.M.A. has its own chassis pool, with chassis accommodating 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot containers. Thus giving us the advantage of expediting the process in the ports for the liner containers we represent.
From November 2015, with Crowley Maritime liner & logistics services’ acquisition of the Miami-based SeaFreight Line, SeaFreight Agencies, and SeaPack, D.A.M.A. has been representing Crowley in both Curaçao and Bonaire offering weekly liner services to and from the Caribbean and parts of Central and South America. In October 2020 Crowley Maritime was also awarded the Global Husbandry Services with the U.S. Navy with D.A.M.A. acting as agents for Crowley Maritime for all husbandry services for the U.S. Navy, and eventhough Crowley Maritime has decided to, after 5 years, discontinue their FCL (Full Container Load) services in a part of the Caribbean which includes the ABC islands, D.A.M.A. will continue to do so.
Additionally, in 2019 a couple of former seasoned SeaFreight Line members founded a new NVOCC company named CFL Agencies USA, which offers a totally new concept of containerized shipping worldwide. D.A.M.A. is proud to be the appointed agent in Curaçao and Bonaire for CFL Agencies USA. This means that we can now offer a globally large network of connections, competitive rates and on-time performance.

Curaçao
The port of Kralendijk is located in an open bay on the South part of the West coast with the marine terminals being located on this coast. The port of Kralendijk has piers for dry cargo transfer and cruise vessels. This is the port for break-bulk, container cargo and all cruise ships. Our feeder service that is used to transfer all containers to and from Bonaire is Don Andres . The RO RO pier in Bonaire is used by Don Andres.
Our releasing agent in Bonaire is Don Andres NV and offers weekly liner service between the Islands of Curaçao and Bonaire and vice versa.
